Q: What are good speakers too install into a 2004 Honda Accord Ex?
I want to buy and install new speakers to replace the stock speakers..Is it also recommended to install a new radio system?

A: It would be good to change the stock speakers in your car, but not necessiary. If you wanted to change the radio this would be a great aftermarket deck for you car. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500CDE100/Alpine-CDE-100.html?tp=5684 at a great price. And here is a suggestion for the speakers.http://www.crutchfield.com/p_575R152/Rockford-Fosgate-Prime-R152.html?tp=105 Front door http://signature.crutchfield.com/s_1086929I/Infinity-Kappa-692-9i.html?showAll=N&tp=105 Rear door Peace.

Q: What company manufactures the o2 sensor for a 2004 Honda Accord?
Need to replace my downstream o2 sensor. Was wondering what company(ies) makes the OEM part. Anyone know? If you don't know who makes the original, what are some reliable brands.

A: Most aftermarket O2 sensors are made by Bosche. Not sure show makes the OEM's, maybe Nippon? Or NGK? You can borrow the socket from AutoZone to remove and install an O2 sensor if you can't get a wrench on it. Good Luck!!!

Q: Why is my transmission fluid leaking on my 2004 Honda Accord?
It's a 4 cyl automatic. Just did a fluid change a couple weeks ago. The fluid level is perfect according to the dipstick, but it's leaking out of the vent pipe on top (not gushing out or anything, just several drops noticed after parking it). Any ideas?

A: You can't change the filter on Honda's unless you know how to rebuild a transmission because you have to split the case to do so. Could be overfilled, Honda's only take 3 quarts, when you do a drain and fill. I hope the shop that changed the fluid used Genuine Honda ATF because if they didn't you may experience harsh or erratic shifting. I'd take it back to the shop and ask them why it's coming out the vent pipe. Good luck and hope this helps.

Q: How difficult is it to change the cabin air filters on a 2004 Honda Accord?
The dealer recommended that they be changed on my last service. Is this a do it yourself job? Vehicle has 80,000 miles.

A: Oh man! very easy, just pull down the glove box on the inside there should be some tabs that lock into the dash just pull both tabs in to bring the glove box all the way out once it is out, there should be like a lil doo open in and pull out athe cabin air filter n replace it takes less than 10 min

Q: How to install serpentine belt on 2004 Honda Accord?
My boyfriend decided he knew what he was doing and now can't figure out how it goes back on, anyone able to help?

A: It is very straight forward!! There is a map under the hood that shows you how to "thread" the belt back on. You can also try READING your MANUAL!!!! Good Luck!!!

Q: How much would it cost to paint a 2004 Honda Accord (black) including clear coat?

A: That really depends on the quality you want, you can get a sub-par paint job for like $500 all the way around, it might last you 1 year before it starts peeling/flaking and your door jams and engine bay will still be the old color. If you want a good paint job, expect to pay like $1,200 for a good paint and clear coat, more if you have any body damage to fix (dents, body damage, etc) The really really good paint jobs you can get cost about $3,000+ and usually include the best paint, and a few coats of it too, and then a few coats of clear coat with professional finish and touch ups. These usually include painting the WHOLE car, door jams, under hood and everything, plus a good warranty (usually 8 years to lifetime warranty)

Q: NO Song title in my Honda Accord 2004 CD player?
Hi guys My CD player in the 2004 Accord does not display song titles and artists, why is that? What should I do so my burnt CDs display song info?

Q: 2004 honda accord transmission fluid maybe a quart low?
do i have to use the transmission fluid that honda recommends (ATF Z1) or can i add another kind? and where can i get ATF Z1? do i have to go to honda and buy it from them?

A: typically you should use the ATF that the manufacturer recommends, however if you cannot find any for what ever reason, you can use other AT fluids such as DEX RON. ATF is basically a lubricating oil. As to where to find ATF Z1 I'm not sure because I've never heard of it. Also ask the local parts store clerks what they think will work. Some of those guys actually know what they're talking about. hope this helps

Q: Buy a 2005 Scion Tc or a 2004 Honda Accord coupe?
I am soon to turn 18 and I have am recieving a good amount of money. I want a good used car that is sporty and easy to mod and i found that both of these catch my eye. In your opinion, what car is better/worse? Why? What would you get? Thanks i read that the 05 tc has problems with rattling in the trunk and roof?

A: Well you pick two excellent cars that are quite easy to mod and drive, but I dont think FWD is the way to go for what you are aiming for. I am guessing your price range is around 10,000-15,000. The Scion tC would be the way to go since the standard equipment is better and the acceleration is nothing to complain about. The Honda is great car with a masterpiece of an engine but it is for families and the engine is too weak for a turbo or anything. But in my opinion I would go with a different car. Maintenance required light, NOT the check engine light, I already know how to make the check engine light go off. The holding down of the reset button is for the Check engine light, I already know about that. This is a different light that blinks that says "maintenance required"

A: take it to an auto shop and have them reset your cars computer. It should not coast more then $35.00 or go to an auto store and buy a computer tester.
