Q: how do i use the aux input for an mp3 player on my 2007 honda crv?
I just bought a used 2007 honda crv. it has an aux input. I plugged the cable in (I know it is the correct one) and the mp3 player and pressed the aux button on the stereo and nothing happened. The car did not come with an owners manual. How do I make this work?
A: That's all I need to do for my mp3 to work in my CRV. Make sure the volume on your mp3 in up or not on mute. Try using a different mp3 to see if it is not just your mp3 player. If that doesn't work than go to a professional. Good Luck

I dented the passenger side panel on my 2007 honda crv. I found the part online for roughly $30. Does any body have a good idea on how much it would cost via mechanic to re-place and paint the side panel.

A: If the dealer gives you 67% of factory invoice minus TTL and the "pack" or "transaction documentation fee", that $19K car becomes a $12K car.
Take the car, use it as equity to get a loan, pay the taxes on it, and sell it on ebay, craigslist, autotrader, or where ever for $16.5K and make a family that's car shopping really, really, happy.

A: If you have a square tube trailer hitch, then get the platform rack that connects to it. Check any trailer hitch supplier of even ask a Uhaul Rental in your area, Farm Supply store have these items too.

A: Overall much better than the previous CR-V. It's got a good looking profile. I'm still not used to the tail light configuration.
For my own money, I'd rather buy the RAV4 with the V6 engine.

A: well my girlfriend 07 CRV EX is 4WD and she got it for $27k because her dad got a good credit score and that's include sales tax, paper work, interest and license fee. so it depends if you have a good credit score or if you put a lot of money down. how much did your dealer run you up on your CRV?

And how will RPM affect the car in terms of mileage and engine... Will it hurt the car if the RPM reaches 4 ??
A: It doesn't. The RPM basically in simple terms is teling you how much the car strains. Now, there is a more scientific way, but that would take forever to explain. 4,000 is not a high RPM. You can push it up to about 6,500 in this car. Don't be worried. Now if you ALWAYS make the RPM go to 6,500 you will sacrifice fuel economy.
Q: is a 2007 honda crv reliable then the subaru b9 triebeca?
A: The latest model of the tribeca is a much better car than the orignal from an ergonomic point of view. Also, to my eye the styling is much improved. It is also likely that the mechanical problems of the older models, few that they may be have been ironed out to some degree.
However, since reliability can only be predicted based on past performance it is difficult to say how the new model will perform. The last model, while not terrible, was not as reliable as the CRV according to Consumer Reports. I have owned two subaru's and have been very pleased with their reliability. However, I don't think Subaru has mastered the SUV like Honda to this point.
I realize that the CRV is all new for this year. However, Honda has a broad base of experience with several platforms including SUV's, trucks and minivans. Subaru lacks this. All of Honda's platforms have been shown to have excellent reliability even when the model and or platform was brand new.
If reliability is your #1 concern I would go with the Honda.

A: I am assuming you mean the 4 wheel drive.
If so check the owner's manual. You can do this with the older Civic 4wd wagons so I would assume the CRV may have the same option.
I just converted my 4WD Civic wagon to 2WD and I now get more than 10% better gas mileage! I also removed the drive shaft to the rear wheels.

A: get the CRV cause it provides the same performance and comfort as the Civic but is a stronger built car that can take rough roads better and can also be used offroad, also it will be more protective in case of any accident........
